DUTIES & TAXES

Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout according to your shipping destination and will be itemized on the order summary page. For orders shipped within the European Economic Area (EEA), no additional duties or import taxes apply. For destinations outside the EEA, we ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included at the time of purchase, ensuring there are no unexpected costs or hidden fees when your order arrives. Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays. Once your order is placed, it will enter our preparation schedule within this timeframe. During peak periods—such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, or other promotional events—processing times may be extended due to the higher volume of orders.

DELIVERY

We ship all orders worldwide with DHL Express to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and require a signature upon receipt. If you prefer, you may choose signature-free delivery; however, please note that in this case we cannot assume responsibility for any issues regarding the correct delivery of your parcel. While DHL Express provides one of the most reliable services, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (such as customs clearance, local courier schedules, or unforeseen disruptions). We cannot be held liable for such delays.
