Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and original tags must be attached.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
Returns Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customercare@divalotransylvania.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Please provide your order number, details about the product, and the reason for return.
After receiving a return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return label for your convenience.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different one, please contact our customer service team at customercare@divalotransylvania.com. We will process an exchange if the item is still in stock.
Tag Requirement
Items must have the original tags attached. Returns without original tags will be rejected, and the package will be sent back to the customer.

Duties & Taxes
All import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are not included in the displayed price and must be paid by the receiver of the order. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges and the time it takes to clear the custom process, as this varies significantly from country to country. We ask you to contact your local customs office for more information about potential duties and taxes prior to placing your order, to avoid unanticipated fees.
By law, we must display the full product price on the package and cannot amend it to decrease the resulting duties and taxes.
If you refuse to accept the order, you are responsible for original delivery charges and any duties and taxes incurred on the order. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
