Duties & Taxes

All import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are not included in the displayed price and must be paid by the receiver of the order. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges and the time it takes to clear the custom process, as this varies significantly from country to country. We ask you to contact your local customs office for more information about potential duties and taxes prior to placing your order, to avoid unanticipated fees.

By law, we must display the full product price on the package and cannot amend it to decrease the resulting duties and taxes.

If you refuse to accept the order, you are responsible for original delivery charges and any duties and taxes incurred on the order. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Returns

If you change your mind about any items purchased, you can return them to us within 14 days of the parcel being delivered to you. All items MUST be unworn and show no sign of wear or wash, as well has having have all DIVALO tags attached.


We offer free returns for all orders purchased at DIVALO within 14 days of the delivery date.


We would appreciate your reason for returning the article, as it would help us to improve our service.


All returns should be shipped using the provided pre-paid DHL shipping label 

Please note, we are not liable for merchandise returned through an alternative courier service.


Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will refund the full order value via your original payment method. You will receive an e-mail confirming when the refund is issued. It may take up to 14 business days to receive your refund depending on payment method.
